Fully catered & set in a delightful country open air and Hay shed environment, served in the un-matched lawn setting under the stars in the beautiful Dungowan Valley near Tamworth. We pride ourselves on the delicious array & eclectic presentation of tasty walk around foods from the unique wood fired oven.
The Banquet
Designed as a flowing of tasty morsels over a set period of the evening to create a great gastronomic experience and the mingling & mixing of the guests. We have combined the personal touch and a combination of delectable light courses and substantial menu items to enliven the taste buds of even the most discerning diner.
- Wood-fired Beef, Tomato and Cheese topped flaky pastry tarts.
- Salmon Roulade with pesto and pimento mayo.
- Corn, Barramundi & White bait fritters with Mediterranean relish.
- Pork Belly baked with Char Sui.
- Prawn and Chorizo Brochettes.
- Flame grilled Baby Back Ribs with our classic Barbeque basting.
- Carved Oven Roast Beef with crusty rolls, caramelized pepper onion Jam, salads and condiments.
- Lamb Skewers with a traditional Greek dressing.
Walk-around Individual Desserts.
- Portuguese custard tarts.
- Port wine trifles with custard.
- Profiteroles’ with real chocolate ganache sauce.
$75 per head. Minimum of 35 guests
Includes venue hire for 3.5hours. Costs on staff and venue after that period can be arranged at $250 an hour, but must close by midnight as for respect of neighbours.
Beverage on consumption or pre-chosen package available. NO BYO, food or beverage
Log fires by arrangement when no bans are in place, $120 a load of wood.
Beverage Package; Beer, Wine and soft drink for 3.5 hours $36.50 from the commencement of the event.
