A unique and sort after riverine bull named Bruno resides over the herd. Bruno’s Italian Strain offers great growth & large hind quarters that are low in fat & colesterole. A firmer slightly game meat is prepared from grain assisted young stock and is only supplied thru the sSs chain.

Kitty Crawford Buffalo is pasture fed and finished on grain for quality of meat, is guaranteed young stock and could almost be called Buffalo "Veal" or "Yearling".
