Opening on 24 April 2007, sSs Port Macquarie provides the opportunity for diners to enjoy melt in the mouth ribs and steaks, followed by mouthwatering desserts in a classic sSs atmosphere while enjoying the view over the beautiful Hastings River.

For the Port Macquarie sSs team, this restaurant has introduced the Hastings District to the succulent steaks, awesome ribs and juicy shanks which sSs has always been famous for, as well as the products of the Ironbark Brewery and the Lazy Poet vineyards.

A family affair operating the sSs store at Port Macquarie, with franchisees Jo and Ross Gwatkin working with son and Head Chef Kieran, daughter Meaghan and Kieran’s partner Restaurant Manager Mel Edwards, to welcome guests each evening.

The restaurant employs a number of local staff who have enthusiastically joined the sSs family to provide a level of service to Port Macquarie locals and tourists alike which will keep them coming back for more.
